Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Voluntary Payroll Deductions Act of 1983. Requires the solicitation of State and university employees hired after the official solicitation period, by providing them with the most recent campaign information. Effective immediately.

House Committee Amendment No. 1
Permits post-campaign hirees to make payroll deductions, rather than requiring that they be solicited. Permits, rather than requires, providing them with the most recent campaign material.
