Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act. In a Section pertaining to the procurement of materials and supplies during an operating emergency, provides that certain sanitary district officials and employees may purchase without advertisement emergency related supplies and materials where the amount is not in excess of $50,000 (now, $25,000). Effective immediately.

Deletes reference to:
70 ILCS 2605/11.5
Adds reference to:
70 ILCS 3705/4from Ch. 111 2/3, par. 191

Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Public Water District Act. Provides that for terms commencing on or after the effective date of this amendatory Act trustees of specified public water districts shall be paid no more than $1,200 per year (now, $600 and $1,000).
