Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Criminal Code of 1961. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the unlawful sale of public conveyance travel tickets to a minor.

Senate Floor Amendment No. 2
Deletes reference to:
720 ILCS 5/10-8
Adds reference to:
720 ILCS 5/11-9.4

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Criminal Code of 1961. Provides that it is a Class 4 felony for a child sex offender to knowingly operate, manage, or own a cemetery. Provides that a child sex offender who owns a cemetery on the effective date of the amendatory Act shall have 6 months following the effective date of the amendatory Act to divest himself or herself of such ownership.
