Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Makes technical changes in a Section concerning railroad safety.

House Committee Amendment No. 1
Deletes reference to:
625 ILCS 5/18-7402
Adds reference to:
625 ILCS 5/18c-7401.1 new

Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that, within 90 days after the effective date of the Act, the Illinois Commerce Commission must adopt rules regarding safe walkways for railroad workers. Sets requirements for the rules. Effective immediately.
