Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning licenses.

Adds reference to:
625 ILCS 5/6-206from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 6-206

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. In provisions authorizing the Secretary of State to suspend or revoke the driving privileges of a person violating the requirement that he or she yield the right-of-way or reduce speed for a stationary authorized emergency vehicle, adds a condition that the violation resulted in damage to the property of another or the death or injury of another.
