Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Vehicle Code to allow a vehicle or pedestrian to enter an intersection under direction of a flashing yellow traffic-control signal, but yield to pedestrians and other vehicles already lawfully within the intersection. Effective immediately.

Senate Committee Amendment No. 1
Provides that pedestrians shall yield the right-of-way to vehicles lawfully within the intersection at the time that the flashing yellow indication is first displayed.
