Synopsis As Introduced
Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Property Tax Appeal Board for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2014, as follows: Other State Funds $5,034,200.

 Land Conveyance Appraisal Note (Dept. of Transportation)
 No land conveyances are included in this bill; therefore, there are no appraisals to be filed.

 Fiscal Note (Property Tax Appeal Board)
 HB 6135, as introduced, will appropriate $5,034,200.00 from the Personal Property Tax Replacement Fund to the Property Tax Appeal Board to fund operations for fiscal year 2015.

 Home Rule Note (Dept. of Commerce & Economic Opportunity)
 The bill does not pre-empt home rule authority.

 State Mandates Fiscal Note (Dept. of Commerce & Economic Opportunity)
 The bill does not create a State mandate.

 Housing Affordability Impact Note (Housing Development Authority)
