Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Criminal Code of 2012. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the definition of "conviction".

Adds reference to:
720 ILCS 5/14-3

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Criminal Code of 2012. Exempts from the provisions of the Eavesdropping Article of the Code, using an audio recording assistive technology device for the purposes provided in an individualized educational program ("IEP") or as a reasonable accommodation under Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 or the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. Defines "audio recording assistive technology device". Effective immediately.
