Effective January 1, 2008.

House Committee Amendment No. 1
Provides that the limitation period in an action for injury caused by sexual conduct or sexual penetration does not run when the person injured is subject to threats, intimidation, manipulation, or fraud perpetrated by the perpetrator or by a person the perpetrator knew or should have known was acting in the interest of the perpetrator (instead of by a person acting in the interest of the perpetrator).

Senate Committee Amendment No. 1
