Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Equal Pay Act of 2003. Provides that in addition to an individual who is deemed to be an employer, any officers of a corporation or agents of an employer who knowingly permit such employer to violate the provisions of the Act shall be deemed to be the employers of the employees.

Senate Committee Amendment No. 1
Provides that officers and agents shall be deemed to be employers under the Equal Pay Act of 2003 if the officers or agents willfully and knowingly, rather than merely knowingly, permit the employer to violate that Act.

Senate Floor Amendment No. 2
Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Equal Pay Act of 2003. Provides that in addition to an individual who is deemed to be an employer under the Act, any officers of a corporation or agents of an employer who willfully and knowingly permit such employer to evade a final judgment or final award under the Act shall be deemed to be the employers of the employees.
