Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Downstate Teacher Article of the Illinois Pension Code. Provides that, when assessing payment for any amount due for earnings increases in excess of 6%, the System shall exclude any payment or stipend that is paid for a teacher for tutoring students outside the normal school day. Effective immediately.
