Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning persons driving while their license is suspended.

Senate Floor Amendment No. 1
Deletes reference to:
625 ILCS 5/6-303from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 6-303
Adds reference to:
625 ILCS 5/3-696 new

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides for the issuance of equestrian license plates. Provides that in addition to the appropriate registration fees, an applicant for the special plate shall be charged a fee of $15 at original issuance and $2 at renewal, which shall be deposited into the Secretary of State Special License Plate Fund.
