Synopsis As Introduced
Proposes to amend the Executive Article of the Illinois Constitution. Eliminates the office of Lieutenant Governor upon the conclusion of the term of the Lieutenant Governor elected in 2002, regardless of whether an election for Lieutenant Governor is held at the same general election at which this Constitutional Amendment is adopted. Effective upon being declared adopted.
