Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Criminal Code of 1961. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the general purposes of the Code.

House Floor Amendment No. 1
Deletes reference to:
720 ILCS 5/1-2
Adds reference to:
5 ILCS 283/10

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Public Corruption Profit Forfeiture Act. Provides that a person who is convicted of fraudulently obtaining public moneys reserved for disadvantaged business enterprises shall forfeit certain profits and proceeds related to that activity to the State. Effective immediately.
