Synopsis As Introduced
Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Department of Human Rights & Human Rights Commission for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2004 as follows: General Revenue Funds $8,301,300 Federal Funds $2,416,900 Total $10,718,200

House Committee Amendment No. 1
Deletes everything and re-inserts the same line items, but makes certain appropriations to the Department of Human Rights and other appropriations to the Human Rights Commission (rather than making all appropriations to both the Department of Human Rights and the Human Rights Commission).

House Committee Amendment No. 2
Deletes everything and re-inserts provisions similar to House Amendment 1, except increases certain appropriations to the Human Rights Commission.
