Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Freedom of Information Act. Specifies that all records related to the evaluation, processing, or payment of workers' compensation claims of State employees, including medical and test reports that do not disclose the identity of the patient or claimant, are public records subject to inspection and copying in accordance with the provisions of the Act.
