Provides that a standardized residential eviction order form, as determined by the Supreme Court, shall be used statewide. Provides that if the tenant does not pay the rent due within the time stated in a specified notice, the landlord may consider the lease ended and commence an eviction or ejectment action without further notice or demand (instead of "if the tenant does not within the time mentioned in such notice, pay the rent due, the landlord may consider the lease ended, and sue for the possession under the statute in relation to forcible entry and detainer, or maintain ejectment without further notice or demand").
