Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Residential Real Property Disclosure Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning violations and damages.

House Floor Amendment No. 2
Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Authorizes the Director of Natural Resources, upon the payment of the fair market value of the property based on the average of 3 certified appraisals as determined by an Illinois certified general real estate appraiser, to execute and deliver a quitclaim deed to Donald and Teresa Green for the listed property. Provides that no portion of the property being conveyed shall be located in the 100-year flood plain. Requires the Director of Natural Resources to record the certified document in the Recorder's Office of Kendall County.

 Land Conveyance Appraisal Note (Krueger Appraisal Services, Inc.)
 The market value of subject property, as of May 12, 2005, is $32,000.
