Synopsis As Introduced
Appropriates $2 from the General Revenue Fund to the Capital Development Board for its FY04 ordinary and contingent expenses. Effective July 1, 2003.

Senate Floor Amendment No. 2
Deletes everything. Makes FY04 appropriations to the Department of Agriculture, Department of Central Management Services, Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity, Department of Corrections, Department of Revenue, Property Tax Appeal Board, Department of State Police, Department of Transportation, Educational Labor Relations Board, Illinois Labor Relations Board, Comptroller, Treasurer, Secretary of State, Court of Claims, Supreme Court, Legislative Agencies, General Assembly, Office of Management and Budget, Auditor General, and State Board of Elections. Effective July 1, 2003.

Item vetoes various appropriations and reappropriations. Reduces various items of appropriations and reappropriations. Approves all other appropriations.
