Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Regulatory Sunset Act. Extends the repeal date for the Real Estate Appraiser Licensing Act of 2002 to January 1, 2022 from January 1, 2012. Effective immediately.

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Reinserts the introduced bill with changes. Amends the Regulatory Sunset Act. Extends the repeal date for the Real Estate Appraiser Licensing Act of 2002 to January 2, 2012 from January 1, 2012. Effective immediately.
