Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Environmental Protection Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning agrichemical facility or lawncare containment permit endorsement.

Senate Floor Amendment No. 3
Deletes reference to:
415 ILCS 5/39.4
Adds reference to:
415 ILCS 5/39.2from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 1039.2

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Environmental Protection Act. Provides that, if a proposed transfer station would be located (i) in an unincorporated area of DuPage County and immediately adjacent to a municipality or (ii) within a municipality in DuPage County, then the local siting approval may not be granted unless approved by resolution of the municipality. Effective immediately.
