Amends the Wildlife Code. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning administration and definitions.

House Committee Amendment No. 1
Deletes reference to:
520 ILCS 5/1.2
Adds reference to:
520 ILCS 5/2.25from Ch. 61, par. 2.25

Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Wildlife Code. Requires the youth-only deer hunting season set by the Director of Natural Resources between the dates of September 1 and October 31 to be 3 days rather than 2 days long. Effective immediately.
