Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Department of Human Services Act and the Department of Public Health Powers and Duties Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Requires the Department of Human Services and the Department of Public Health to each submit a report to the General Assembly concerning funding targeted to impact teen birth rates. Sets forth the requirements for the report. Effective immediately.
