Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act. Removes a limitation providing that sanitary districts may issue certain bonds only until December 31, 2016.

House Committee Amendment No. 1
Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act. Provides that sanitary districts may issue certain bonds until December 31, 2024 (now, December 31, 2016).
