Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Property Tax Code and the Senior Citizens Real Estate Tax Deferral Act. Increases the maximum income limitation for the Senior Citizens Assessment Freeze Homestead Exemption and the Senior Citizens Real Estate Tax Deferral Program to $60,000 (instead of $55,000). Effective immediately.
