Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Home Health, Home Services, and Home Nursing Agency Licensing Act. Provides that the Department of Public Health may not charge any fee to a certified local health department in connection with the licensure of a home services agency or home nursing agency. Effective immediately.

Senate Committee Amendment No. 1
Adds reference to:
210 ILCS 55/2.08

Further amends the Home Health, Home Services, and Home Nursing Agency Licensing Act. Provides that programs providing services exclusively through the United States Department of Veterans Affairs are not considered to be a home services agency under the Act.
