Synopsis As Introduced
Provides that full-time State employees under the control of the Governor who are members of military reserve components and who are mobilized by the President because of threats to national security shall receive regular State employee compensation and benefits, minus military base pay. Directs the Department of Central Management Services to commence collective bargaining negotiations consistent with the order. Effective February 11, 2003 (the date filed with the Secretary of State).
