Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Illinois Act on the Aging. Requires all financially eligible applicants and recipients (now, all applicants and recipients) of services of the Department on Aging to apply for medical assistance under Article V of the Illinois Public Aid Code.

 Fiscal Note (Department on Aging)
 There are no fiscal implications to the Department on Aging based on House Bill 293.
