Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Requires a railroad to ensure that, when one of its trains is parked at a station, the only highways that are blocked are those blocked by the train itself. Provides that other crossing gates must remain open, unless another train is present or approaching.
