Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Liquor Control Act of 1934. Provides that the Illinois Liquor Control Commission shall not issue a license to a person who does not have a certain minimum amount of liquor liability insurance coverage.

House Floor Amendment No. 1
Further amends the Liquor Control Act of 1934. Provides that the State Commission shall not issue a license to a person who does not have a certain minimum amount of liquor liability insurance only if he or she intends to sell alcoholic liquors on his or her licensed premises.
