Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Illinois Seed Law. Defines "seed library". Provides that seed libraries are exempt from all licensing, testing, labeling, and other requirements of the Illinois Seed Law. Effective immediately.

House Committee Amendment No. 1

	Deletes reference to:
	505 ILCS 110/13.5 new

	Adds reference to:
	505 ILCS 110/7

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Illinois Seed Law. Defines "seed library". Provides that specified provisions of the Illinois Seed Law concerning labeling requirements do not apply to seed in an Illinois seed library that is as free from noxious and exotic weeds as possible.
