Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Condominium Property Act. Provides that a reasonable fee in an amount that does not exceed (instead of covering) the direct out-of-pocket costs of providing and copying the listed information may be charged by the association or its Board of Managers to the unit seller.

Senate Floor Amendment No. 1
Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Reinserts provisions of the original bill. Adds an association's managing agent to the list of entities that may charge a fee to the unit seller to cover direct out-of-pocket cost of providing information.
