Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Riverboat Gambling Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the annual report of the Board.

Senate Floor Amendment No. 1
Deletes reference to:

Adds reference to:
230 ILCS 10/5from Ch. 120, par. 2405

Deletes everything. Amends the Riverboat Gambling Act. Terminates the terms of office of the members of the Illinois Gaming Board. Provides for the appointment of new members. Makes technical changes. Effective immediately.

 No fiscal impact.

 Would not impact any public pension fund or retirement system in Illinois.
