Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Barber, Cosmetology, Esthetics, Hair Braiding, and Nail Technology Act of 1985. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning qualifications for licensure as a cosmetologist by a barber school graduate.

Adds reference to:
225 ILCS 410/1-4
225 ILCS 410/2A-7
225 ILCS 410/3B-10

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Barber, Cosmetology, Esthetics, Hair Braiding, and Nail Technology Act of 1985. Removes the definition of "school". Provides that a licensed school is a postsecondary educational institution authorized by the Department to provide a postsecondary education program in compliance with the requirements of this Act.
