Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Code of Civil Procedure. Makes a stylistic change in a provision concerning quick-take proceedings.

House Committee Amendment No. 1
Deletes reference to:
735 ILCS 5/7-103
Adds reference to:
735 ILCS 5/7-103.105 new

Deletes everything. Amends the Code of Civil Procedure. Authorizes the Village of Crestwood to use quick-take proceedings for the acquisition of certain property in a TIF district. Limits the power to a specified geographical area and excludes property owned by a unit of local government. Effective immediately.
