Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Local Records Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the local records advisor.

Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Illinois Municipal Code and the Counties Code. Provides that, when a municipality or a county exercises powers concerning community antenna television systems or satellite-transmitted television programming, a programming company that delivers satellite-transmitted television programming directly or through a community antenna television system may not charge a customer for the removal or disconnection of any reception or decryption devices that the customer used or charge for any reception or decryption device after the time of the disconnection.
