Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Counties Code. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning board meetings.

Deletes reference to:

Adds reference to:
55 ILCS 5/5-1071from Ch. 34, par. 5-1071

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Counties Code. Provides that a county may regulate dogs running at large in unincorporated areas (currently, this authority is limited to unincorporated areas which have been subdivided for residence purposes). Effective immediately.
