Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the General Obligation Bond Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

House Floor Amendment No. 1
Deletes reference to:
30 ILCS 330/1
Adds reference to:
30 ILCS 330/13from Ch. 127, par. 663

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the General Obligation Bond Act. Provides that certain money received by the Department of Transportation as reimbursement for expenditures for high speed rail purposes pursuant to appropriations from the Transportation Bond, Series B Fund shall be deposited into the Federal High Speed Rail Trust Fund. Provides that certain money received by the Department of Transportation as reimbursement for expenditures for transit capital purposes pursuant to appropriations from the Transportation Bond, Series B Fund shall be deposited into the Federal Mass Transit Trust Fund. Effective immediately.
