Synopsis As Introduced
Creates the Office of Health Innovation and Transformation within the Office of the Governor to implement the Alliance for Health Innovation Plan and direct the State's participation in the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation's State Innovation Model Program. Merges the Office of Health Information Technology with the Office of Health Innovation and Transformation and rescinds Executive Order Number 10-01. Consolidates the Illinois Health Care Reform Implementation Council with the Office of Health Innovation and Transformation and rescinds Executive Order Number 10-12. Contains provisions concerning purposes, staff, savings, and severability. Effective immediately.
