Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Drug Paraphernalia Control Act. In the definition of "drug paraphernalia", limits that definition to home made or manufactured materials. Effective immediately.

House Floor Amendment No. 1
Includes in the definition of drug paraphernalia objects that are disguised as legitimate objects but are intended for use as drug paraphernalia.

House Floor Amendment No. 2
Adds reference to:
720 ILCS 600/4from Ch. 56 1/2, par. 2104

Further amends the Drug Paraphernalia Control Act. Includes in the definition of drug paraphernalia objects which may have uses other than for drug paraphernalia but are intended for use as drug paraphernalia. Provides that drug paraphernalia includes materials that are associated with rather than peculiar to use in the manufacture, cultivation, or use of cannabis or a controlled substance.
