Appropriates $7,000,000 from the Solid Waste Management Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for the purpose of implementing a recycling and composting grant program pursuant to the Illinois Solid Waste Management Act. Effective July 1, 2016.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The sum of $7,000,000 is appropriated from the Solid Waste Management Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for the purpose of implementing the recycling and composting grant program pursuant to subsection (c) of Section 6 of the Illinois Solid Waste Management Act.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2016.
