SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Olive M. Frame of Woodstock, who passed
4away on June 25, 2014; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Olive Frame was born on May 9, 1930 in Hebron; her
6parents were John W. and Agnes (nee O'Brien) Slavin; she
7married Wayne G. Frame on November 19, 1955 at St. Patrick's
8Catholic Church in Hartland; and
 
9    WHEREAS, Olive Frame earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree
10from Dominican University (formerly Rosary College) and her
11Master's Degree in Education from Northern Illinois
12University; and
 
13    WHEREAS, Olive Frame worked for nearly 40 years in the
14field of education; she was employed in the school districts of
15Hebron and Community Unit School District 200 in Woodstock; she
16also enjoyed volunteering in Texas at St. Francis Xavier and
17the LaFeria Learning Center; and
 
18    WHEREAS, Olive Frame was preceded in death by her parents
19and a brother, John Joseph Slavin; and
 
20    WHEREAS, Olive Frame is survived by her husband, Wayne; 2

1sons, Marc (Carol) Frame and Gregory Frame; 3 grandchildren,
2Elise (Tyler) Zacharias and Christopher and Caroline Frame; and
3a sister, Gina (Ron) Frame; therefore, be it
 
4    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL
5ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with her
6family and friends, mourn the passing of Olive M. Frame; and be
7it further
 
8    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
9presented to the family of Olive Frame as an expression of our
10sympathy.
