SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Kenneth Eugene Taylor of East Alton, who
4passed away on February 2, 2014; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Kenneth Taylor was born in St. Charles, Missouri
6on January 18, 1944 to Sylvester and Agnes (nee Cleary) Taylor;
7he was raised in Alton and attended Marquette High School and
8Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville; he married Faye
9Connor; and
 
10    WHEREAS, Kenneth Taylor was preceded in death by his
11parents; and
 
12    WHEREAS, Kenneth Taylor is survived by his children,
13Kenneth, Jr. (Diane), Elizabeth Burnside, Julie (James)
14Merritt, Cathy Taylor, and Mary (J.W.) Flowers; his 15
15grandchildren; his numerous nieces and nephews; and his
16siblings; Sylvester, Jr., Margie (Bill) Levi, Shirley Jones,
17Dennis (Sarah) Taylor, Linda (Bob) Domine, Kevin (Robin)
18Taylor, Connie (David) Fink, Ruth Ann (Robert) Kult, Kermit
19(Lori) Taylor, Barb Taylor, Dawn (Mike) Morgan, Donald Taylor,
20and Lori (Chris) Beilsmith; therefore, be it
 
21    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL

1ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of
2Kenneth Eugene Taylor, and extend our sincere condolences to
3his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it

6presented to the family of Kenneth Taylor as an expression of
7our deepest sympathy.
