SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Margaret M. McClellan of Forked River,
4New Jersey, who passed away on April 9, 2013; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Margaret McClellan was born in Bayonne, New
6Jersey; she lived in Colonia, New Jersey for 30 years before
7moving to Forked River; and
 
8    WHEREAS, Margaret McClellan was a founding member of St.
9John Vianney Church in Colonia; she served as Director of
10Religious Education for many years and held numerous positions
11in the church's Altar Rosary Society; after moving to Forked
12River, she continued her service as a Lay Eucharistic Minister
13at St. Barnabas Church in Bayville and was an active member of
14the church's Altar Rosary Society; and
 
15    WHEREAS, Margaret McClellan was preceded in death by her
16husband of 54 years, Andrew; and
 
17    WHEREAS, Margaret McClellan is survived by her son, Bud
18(Eleanor); her daughters, Agnes (Clifford) Bacsik, Annie
19Bologno, Peggy, Maureen, and Mare; her grandchildren, Andrew,
20Michael, Patrick, and Colleen McClellan, Christopher, John,
21and Thomas Bacsik, and Melissa and Megan Bologno; her sisters,

1Vera Gallagher and Agnes Hemmann; her brothers, Robert and
2Eugene O'Halloran; and her many nieces and nephews; therefore,
3be it
 
4    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL
5ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with her
6family and friends, mourn the passing of Margaret M. McClellan;
7and be it further
 
8    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
9presented to the family of Margaret McClellan as an expression
10of our sympathy.
