SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Theresa Ann "Terri" (nee Farmer) Micetich
4of Joliet, who passed away on May 2, 2013; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Theresa Micetich was born in Hammond, Indiana,
6where she was raised and graduated from Boone Grove High
7School; she subsequently earned her associate's degree from
8Joliet Junior College and her bachelor's degree from City
9Vision College in Kansas City, Missouri; and
 
10    WHEREAS, Theresa Micetich served as the Director of
11Development at Morning Star Mission for the past 10 years; and
 
12    WHEREAS, Theresa Micetich was a member of the Holly Club
13and the V and A Society; she also enjoyed sewing and quilting;
14and
 
15    WHEREAS, Theresa Micetich was the beloved mother of John C.
16Murphy, Joseph R. Murphy, and David M. Micetich; the loving
17daughter of David and Marilyn (Perzee) Farmer; the dearest
18sister of David Jr., Deborah Farmer, and the late John Farmer;
19the proud aunt of Matthew and Marilyn DiMonte and Caleb
20Stevenson; the cherished niece of the late Melvin (Trudy)
21Perzee, Thomas (Janet) Perzee, John (Janet) Perzee, Sandra

6    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL
7ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with
8her family and friends, the passing of Theresa Ann "Terri"
9Micetich; and be it further
 
10    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
11presented to the family of Theresa Micetich as an expression of
12our sympathy.
