HOUSE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of
3Representatives are saddened to learn of the death of
4Jacqueline A. Hines, who passed away on February 17, 2014; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Jacqueline Hines was born on May 26, 1954 in
6Greenville, Mississippi; her parents were Jossie James and
7Robert Sanders; and
 
8    WHEREAS, Jacqueline Hines moved to Chicago shortly after
9she was born; she received her education from Chicago Public
10Schools; and
 
11    WHEREAS, Jacqueline Hines was a member of Greater Open Door
12Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Dr. Reverend
13Richard Nelson; and
 
14    WHEREAS, Jacqueline Hines was preceded in death by her
15siblings, Robin, Lavonne, Jeanette, Robert, and Raymond James;
16and
 
17    WHEREAS, Jacqueline Hines is survived by her mother, Jossie
18James; 2 brothers, Ronald (Marie) James and Derrick James; her
19children, Jackie, Patricia, Melvin (Calitha), Micheal, Genise,
20Cedric (Kimberly) and Ray; 19 grandchildren; 10

1great-grandchildren; one grandson-in-law; and many nieces,
2nephews, other relatives, and friends; therefore, be it
 
3    RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
4NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that
5we, along with her family and friends, mourn the passing of
6Jacqueline A. Hines; and be it further
 
7    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
8presented to the family of Jacqueline Hines as an expression of
9our sympathy.
