AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 6032

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 6032, by deleting everything after the enacting clause and inserting the following:

“ARTICLE 1

    Section 5.  The following named amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects and purposes hereinafter named, are appropriated to the Board of the Trustees of Governors State University to meet ordinary and contingent expenses for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2015:

Payable from the Education Assistance Fund:

  For Personal Services, including payment

    to the university for personal services

    costs incurred during the fiscal year

    and salaries accrued but unpaid to academic

    personnel for personal services rendered

    during the academic year 2014-2015.......... 21,924,600

  For Group Insurance.............................. 656,200

  For Contractual Services....................... 1,725,000

  For Commodities................................... 75,000

  For Equipment.................................... 250,000

  For Awards and Grants............................. 90,000

    Total                                       $24,720,800

ARTICLE 99

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2014.”.
