SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

 

Appropriates $23,802,660 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Public Health for expenses of programs related to Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS) and Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV). Effective July 1, 2013.

    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

 

        Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

 

    Section 5. The sum of $23,802,660, or so much thereof as

may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Public Health for expenses of programs related to Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS) and Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV).  

 

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2013.
