SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are deeply
3saddened to learn of the death of Natalie Louise Wulff of
4Batavia, who passed away on December 14, 2012; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Natalie Wulff was born on September 3, 1919, in
6Chicago to William and Frances Gelis; she was a graduate of
7L.T.H.S. in La Grange and the University of Illinois
8Champaign-Urbana; and
 
9    WHEREAS, Natalie Wulff was united in marriage to Alfred J.
10Wulff on April 10, 1942, in Chicago; and
 
11    WHEREAS, Natalie Wulff was a member at Aurora Press Glass,
12Hawthorn Reading Group, Provena Mercy Auxiliary, St. Ann's
13Society, Holy Angels Church in Aurora, and Holy Cross Catholic
14Church in Batavia; and
 
15    WHEREAS, Natalie Wulff was preceded in death by her husband
16of 62 years, Alfred Wulff; a twin son, Richard; her parents,
17William and Frances (nee Brixel) Gelis; and a sister, Adelle;
18and
 
19    WHEREAS, Natalie Wulff is survived by her children,
20William, Thomas, John (Pamela), Peter, Mary (Jim) Duffy, and

1Tim (Sue); her grandchildren, Carolyn (Trevor) Penick,
2Katherine (Greg) Carroll, Michael (Lindsay) Wulff, Elizabeth
3(Kevin) Meyer, Margaret (John) Trapp, and Julie, Joseph, Brian
4Wulff, and Jack Duffy; her great-grandchildren, Maddie, Emily,
5and Grace Carroll, and Max Penick; her many nieces and nephews;
6and many dear family members and friends, including Kristy Ryan
7Wulff and Sharon Roth; therefore, be it
 
8    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL
9ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of
10Natalie Wulff, and we extend our sincere condolences to her
11family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it
12further
 
13    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
14presented to the family of Natalie Wulff as an expression of
15our deepest sympathy.
