SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Judith A. Gengler of Aurora, who passed
4away on January 12, 2012; and
 
5    WHEREAS, She was born August 3, 1945 in Aurora, to the late
6Michael Meszaros and Betty Evans; and
 
7    WHEREAS, She enjoyed her trips to Florida and Arizona; she
8loved to garden and put together her puzzles; she was a
9secretary by profession but her true calling was being a
10grandma to her grandchildren; and
 
11    WHEREAS, She was a member of Holy Angels Catholic Church
12and a 1963 graduate of East Aurora High School; and
 
13    WHEREAS, She was preceded in death by her stepsister,
14Delores Enk; her parents; and by her stepmother, Olive
15Meszaros; and
 
16    WHEREAS, Judith Gengler is survived by her loving husband
17of 45 years, Jack Gengler; her son, Pat (Kathy) Gengler; her
18daughter, Lorie (Mike) Garrone; her grandchildren, Jake,
19David, Alyssa, and Anna; her brothers, Michael Meszaros and
20Richard (Char) Meszaros; her stepbrother, Roger Light; her

1stepsisters, Char Henderson, Inga Ra (Bob) Hansen, and Nancy
2(Leonard) Freeberg; and her nieces and nephews; therefore, be
3it
 
4    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL
5ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with
6her family and friends, the passing of Judith Gengler; and be
7it further
 
8    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
9presented to the family of Judith Gengler as a symbol of our
10sincere sympathy.
